Hello Ray,

We appreciate everything that you have done for us during the buying and selling of our homes.  Edward and I are very lucky that we found someone as dedicated and caring as you are in the field of Real Estate.  Our biggest fear when we started the process is that we were going to have to deal with someone who would push and pressure us during the whole process.
